Judy Bragg Pardo Artist Statement

My artwork may be considered visionary, spiritual or surreal as I am inspired by one of my favorite artists, Salvador Dali. Other favorite artists are Michelangelo and Leonardo Di Vinci. Drawn into a state of “in-between,” others may describe as intuitive, and listening to the sounds of silence, my artwork exhibits my continuous quest for life, truth and understanding. Searching, searching, ever so forever searching . . . Life can be hard sometimes, but my path continues with taking a deep breath to visualize and dream, to step in-between what I see and what I do not see, and know life really can be beautiful. The path is there for all of us to walk through; all we need to do is take the step. It is a reminder for us not to lose our imagination, playfulness and our love for life; see and believe beyond what our eyes can see for that is the key to our inner spirit and soul's path.
